Return policy
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
For non-defective returns, including change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect product or vehicle selection, items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and returned in their original resalable condition with all included parts and accessories.
Please contact support@tcargear.com before returning any item. All returns require prior authorization and must be sent to the return address provided by our support team.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective or customer-related returns.
For verified manufacturing defects, shipping damage, incorrect items, or missing components, TCarGear will cover the necessary return or replacement shipping costs where applicable.
Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable for customer-related returns. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
